“Space Out: time and space to daydream, fantasize, and wonder.”
I encourage you to take some “space out” time before the new year. We’re almost through the holiday season, and many of us are feeling overdrawn; spacing out can restore some energy to your system and give you a break to process your experiences lately. By processing our experiences, we begin to transform them as food for our art practices.
