This month, I invited you to plan your next vacation. Did you follow my motto, “Always be planning a vacation,” and start planning one?
Consider making a vacation vision board to help you plan your vacations! Collect images, articles, postcards, and any other visual ephemera and arrange it by location on your board. As you find more details for each place, add it in. When a portion of your board gets crowded, you know you have a good starting point to begin booking your trip! You could also add a budget tracker in one corner to help you visualize how much you have saved and how far you still need to go to make your trip(s) happen.
I’ve been thinking about my next long trip and, no surprise, Italy is front and center of my fantasies. There are lots of other places in the world I haven’t been yet, but I’m allowing myself to follow my desires back to Italy and Rome over and over and over again. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it. So until something new strikes my fancy, andro’ a Roma (I will go to Rome)!
Where are you going?
