How was your Pajamuary?

Coach Blog 010416 Pajamuary Back on January 4, I introduced you to the idea of Pajamuary.

Did you use the questions I invited you to consider?
How you might turn your January into Pajamuary. As the light returns slowly after winter solstice, how can you slowly get up to full strength, too? What does full strength look like for you? What would you do at full strength? What would you choose not to do?

Did you take these weeks of Pajamuary to rest, recharge, and recalibrate as you move into the new year?
