Thank Yourself

Have you ever sat for a moment and felt gratitude for
* yourself,
* your skills,
* your talents,
* the things you’ve accomplished, and
* the things you’ve overcome?

A gratitude practice is a beautiful habit, but don’t forget to include yourself in the things you’re thankful for. Consider making this part of your self-care routine. Recognize and celebrate yourself. As you focus on your good qualities, you build a reserve of inner strength and confidence, and can be better able to take on new and bigger challenges.

What you focus on will grow. Focus on the things you like about yourself and what you can do.
