Make a “Smile” book

Coach Blog 040615 smile book I got the idea for a “Smile” Book from Cheryl Richardson’s blog last year. (Read the article here.)

In it, her friend suggested she start keeping track of the things that made her smile throughout the day; she says that, when you smile, you have “found something worthy of my undivided time and energy.”

Just like a gratitude journal, a Smile Book can help you notice all the moments of joy in your life and cultivate even more of it. Consider starting your own Smile Book. Here is a sample page from mine.
